Last Christmas, I had the chance to stay in a cozy hotel with a great location. the two things that stood out for me were the warm welcome from the front desk and the delicious breakfast buffet. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from plenty of shops and restaurants. This made it easy to explore the city without having to travel far. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay throughout my visit.

the main issue was the lack of attention from the housekeeping staff.
